The major factors contributing to the market growth are the advantages offered by tangential flow filtration (TFF) over normal flow filtration, the increasing demand for vaccines and therapeutics derived from bioprocessing operations, and the rising investments for exhaustive R&D activities to develop new technologies in TFF.

The use of TFF technology increased during the COVID-19 pandemic as the separation process was widely employed during the vaccine manufacturing process. TFF products observed an increased adoption during COVID-19 research for the development and manufacturing of vaccines as treatment plans.
